A Lasting Tale for groups and organisations.

We work with a range of organisations to capture audio stories.

Talk to us about programs for volunteers in aged and palliative care, school programs for students and older community members, training workshops for staff, or creating customised audio stories for museums and community groups.

We work in:

— Aged care
— Palliative care
— Schools
— Community groups

Case Study

Intergenerational Audio Life Stories

Our Intergenerational Audio Life Stories program matched Year 10 students from Finley High School and residents at Berrigan’s Amaroo Aged Care. They used our mobile app to record the resident’s life stories, in-person and over six weeks. It was transformational for young and old alike. This year, we are expanding the program within Southern NSW. We aim to expand the program into every rural community within Australia.

Mercy Health

We ran workshops with staff and volunteers on audio story collection, arming Mercy Health with the skills needed to collect transformative audio life stories with palliative patients. We also conducted professional audio life story interviews.

Case Study

Albury Library Museum

We worked with Albury Library Museum and the Nurture community committee to record six life stories of regional and rural women over the generations. The stories were added to the Albury City Oral History Collection and were published as a podcast.

Case Study

Museum of the Riverina

Small group workshops for members of the community wishing to record an audio life story of themselves, or someone they love.
