The product purchase and interview must be completed four months from the purchase date, unless A Lasting Tale cannot provide an interviewer within that period.

Travel costs may apply depending on the location of the interview.

The purchase is not redeemable for cash.

The discount can only be used by the customer to whom it is granted and the intended recipient being the life story subject. It cannot be transferred to any other third party.
